THE LOWDOWN
Injectable
Testosterone
For eligible men with confirmed testosterone deficiency, TRT replaces testosterone to address symptoms associated with low levels.
Your clinician reviews your health history and laboratory results, then discusses the potential benefits, risks and treatment options with you.
- At-home injections, if prescribed
- An individualized treatment plan
- Follow-up testing and clinical monitoring
Agile confirms current treatment and laboratory charges during enrollment.
Prescription treatment requires a licensed clinician’s evaluation and is not available in every state. Containers are illustrative. If a compounded medication is prescribed, it has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality. Medication Safety Information.

THE RESEARCH IN PERSPECTIVE
See the science.
Understand the context.
A controlled study reported greater strength gains in healthy men given testosterone compared with placebo over ten weeks.
Important context: participants received 600 mg weekly—above normal replacement doses. These results are not a forecast of outcomes from this TRT program and are not dosing guidance.

10-WEEK RESEARCH SNAPSHOT
Change in bench-press strength
No-exercise groups · mean change, kilograms
At ten weeks, mean bench-press strength increased 9 kilograms with testosterone, standard error 4, and decreased 1 kilogram with placebo, standard error 1. Ten men completed each no-exercise group. Bars show mean change from baseline, not weekly progression.

07 / THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Get to know the treatment before you take the next step.
What is testosterone?
Testosterone is a hormone involved in sexual function, muscle and bone health, and other body processes. A diagnosis of deficiency involves both symptoms and appropriate laboratory testing—not symptoms alone.
Can TRT affect fertility?
Yes. Testosterone therapy can suppress sperm production and affect fertility. Tell your clinician if you want to have children now or in the future before starting treatment.
How is testosterone administered?
This program presents injectable testosterone. If it is prescribed, your clinician determines the formulation, dose, route and schedule and explains how to use it. Do not select a dose based on the illustrative packaging.
What side effects should I discuss?
Discuss acne, oily skin, hair changes, changes in mood, increased red blood cell counts, increased blood pressure, sleep apnea and fertility effects. Review your health history, contraindications and monitoring needs with the clinician. This is not a complete list of risks.
How does the lab process work?
Agile provides instructions for baseline laboratory testing before your consultation. Follow-up testing is individualized; the provider describes checks around one and three months, with further monitoring based on stability and clinical need. Agile confirms testing requirements and charges directly.
What benefits can I expect?
For eligible men with confirmed testosterone deficiency, treatment may help symptoms such as reduced libido and may support muscle and bone health. Energy and mood responses vary. Results are not guaranteed, and other causes of symptoms may need attention.
