4 reviewsFor six years, this has been the one studio I return to - the only hot yoga studio I attend. Through both previous and current ownership, it has always been a place to come back to - but lately, it feels like something deeper has settled in. With the new ownership, there's a quiet elevation in every detail. The space feels lighter, more intentional - like it's been gently reset without losing its soul. The teachers hold the room with a calm strength. They guide, not push. Challenge, without force. Each class becomes less about the heat, and more about what softens within it. The amenities reflect the same care - clean, thoughtful, and grounding. Everything feels considered. It's more than a workout. It's a place to arrive as you are, to breathe, to let go, and to leave just a little more aligned than when you walked in. Looking forward to a long future practing at Vitara.

7 reviewsNovita, the owner of Vitara Yoga, teaches an outstanding 75-minute class on Saturday and Sunday mornings that has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the week. Her classes are definitely challenging, but in the best possible way. Novita pushes you just enough to help you stretch further, build strength, and improve your balance. You walk out feeling like you truly worked your body while also giving it the deeper stretch and recovery it needs. What I appreciate most is that the class really captures the true benefits of yoga - strength, flexibility, and focus. Novita is attentive, encouraging, and clearly passionate about helping people improve their practice. If you truly wanted to be challenged in the best way of Yoga - Novita's weekend classes at Vitara Yoga are absolutely worth attending. Hoping to see you guys there

Local Guide - 21 reviewsRecently took Carleen Pimental's class. She doesn't teach a yoga class. She delivers a full mind-body-soul reset. Her approach weaves together multiple yoga disciplines into one seamless experience that feels intentional, powerful, and deeply human. From the moment class begins, she creates an environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and safe to go further than they thought possible. Her guidance is clear and confident, and her hands-on adjustments are so precise and intuitive they rival a full-body massage. Every touch has purpose. Nothing feels rushed or random. Emotionally, the class moves you. Physically, it challenges you in ways that unlock strength you didn't know you had. Mentally, it builds confidence. Carleen has a rare ability to push you without breaking you - to ask more of your body while making you trust yourself enough to meet the moment. She guides you through walls you didn't know existed and shows you what's on the other side. You leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more grounded. Not just stretched, but changed. If you want more than a workout - if you want an experience that challenges your body, stirs your emotions, and leaves you standing taller in every sense of the word - take her class.

3 reviews - 1 photoVitara Hot Yoga is truly a standout studio. They offer an impressive variety of teachers, each bringing their own unique style and energy, which keeps every class fresh and inspiring. I also love the wide range of class types - there's always something that fits my mood and goals, whether I want a deep stretch, a challenging flow, a tone class with weights or a restorative session. The community atmosphere here is incredibly welcoming and supportive. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable the moment you walk in, and the positive energy from both staff and members makes every visit enjoyable. The facility itself is spotless and clearly well-maintained. The studio is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, which makes the entire experience even better. Overall, Vitara Hot Yoga is an amazing place to practice, grow, and feel part of a great community. Highly recommend!

2 reviewsI am absolutely obsessed with the community that Vitara has created. The teachers are incredible - each one so unique, talented, and unbelievably supportive. There's never any judgment here; just encouragement, laughter, and genuine connection. The students quickly become your friends who welcome you with open arms and lift you up when you need it most. Novita, the owner, is truly one of the kindest humans I've ever met. She has completely transformed the studio into a peaceful, positive-energy sanctuary, while still making time to personally check in on students. She's managed to create a space that feels both powerful and safe - always clean, always uplifting. It's important to note that any negative reviews you may see are tied to the former studio and management. It's unfortunate that they can't be separated from Vitara, because this new chapter deserves its own light. To be clear, this review is for Vitara Hot Yoga, which has been under new ownership since October 2025. I am in awe of what Novita has accomplished in such a short time - and so deeply grateful for the community she and her amazing instructors continue to nurture every single day.

6 reviewsVitara hot yoga is what used to be The Hot Yoga studio. The studio is amazing. It is clean and bright and welcoming. Any negative reviews in the last 2 months are false and meant to harm the new business owner. SR you have not been there and your reviews are false.
