Registration & Attendance
- Class Booking: Students must pre-register for classes online or via app
- Late Arrivals: Doors close 5 minutes after class start time (for safety and to minimize disruption)
- Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 3 hours in advance to avoid losing class credit
- No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel results in forfeiture of class credit
Health & Safety Requirements
- Medical Clearance: Consult physician before starting if you have:
- Heart conditions or high blood pressure
- Pregnancy
- Heat sensitivity or chronic conditions
- Mandatory Disclosure: Inform instructors of injuries, conditions, or pregnancy
- Hydration: Students must bring water and hydrate before, during, and after class
- Personal Responsibility: Listen to your body; rest when needed
Studio Etiquette
- Arrive Early: Come 10-15 minutes early (especially first-timers)
- Silence: No talking during class; phones on silent
- Scent-Free: Avoid strong perfumes, colognes, or lotions
- Mat Spacing: Respect personal space when setting up
- Clean Up: Wipe down mats and return props to proper locations
- Shoe-Free Zone: Remove shoes before entering practice space
Facility Usage
- Changing Rooms: Available 30 minutes before and after class
- Showers: Limited time of 10 minutes when others are waiting
- Lost & Found: Studio not responsible for lost/stolen items
- Temperature: Room heated to 95-105°F depending on class type
