Registration & Attendance
- Class Booking: Students must pre-register for classes online or via app.
- Late Arrivals: Doors close 5 minutes after class start time for safety and to minimize disruption.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 3 hours in advance to avoid losing class credit.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel results in forfeiture of class credit.
Health & Safety Requirements
- Medical Clearance: Consult your physician before starting if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, heat sensitivity, or chronic conditions.
- Mandatory Disclosure: Inform instructors of injuries, conditions, or pregnancy.
- Hydration: Bring water and hydrate before, during, and after class.
- Personal Responsibility: Listen to your body and rest when needed.
Studio Etiquette
- Arrive Early: Come 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first class.
- Silence: No talking during class; phones should be on silent.
- Scent-Free: Avoid strong perfumes, colognes, or lotions.
- Mat Spacing: Respect personal space when setting up.
- Clean Up: Wipe down mats and return props to proper locations.
- Shoe-Free Zone: Remove shoes before entering the practice space.
Facility Usage
- Changing Rooms: Available before and after class.
- Showers: Please be mindful and limit shower time when others are waiting.
- Lost & Found: The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Heated Room: The room is heated for a true hot-yoga experience. Hydrate, pace yourself, and take breaks when needed.
Memberships, Packages & Purchases
- Packages: Class packs and memberships are managed through the studio booking platform.
- Expiration: Package and membership terms should be reviewed before purchase.
- Payment: Purchases are processed securely through the studio booking system.

Respect, Inclusivity & Conduct
- Respect: Treat teachers, students, staff, and the studio with kindness and care.
